"I wouldn't recommend this firm. In calling to get some information as to why I was unable to add my Son to my policy I was met with rudeness and unprofessional attitude. When I reached out to the owner via email they doubled down on their obtuse behavior. They were unable to tell me when my policy would be back up and functioning. Then got rude when I asked if my policy would be disconnected as I was unable to use all of it to functions. Corporate was amazing and I'll continue with State farm. They were made aware of the situation and have facilitated me being able to deal directly as opposed to having to endure the ignorance that is Nathan Smiths brand. It's been like dealing with junior highschool children. No maturity whatsoever. I'd recommend throwing your money in the trash before you give it to these incompetent, frustrating, unprofessional children."
