"I wouldn't recommend this firm. In calling to get some information as to why I was unable to add my Son to my policy I was met with rudeness and unprofessional attitude. When I reached out to the owner via email they doubled down on their obtuse behavior. They were unable to tell me when my policy would be back up and functioning. Then got rude when I asked if my policy would be disconnected as I was unable to use all of it to functions. Corporate was amazing and I'll continue with State farm. They were made aware of the situation and have facilitated me being able to deal directly as opposed to having to endure the ignorance that is Nathan Smiths brand. It's been like dealing with junior highschool children. No maturity whatsoever. I'd recommend throwing your money in the trash before you give it to these incompetent, frustrating, unprofessional children."

"I have been talking to Coty regarding my insurance, and he is very professional and kind. Answered all of my questions, there was a lot of them. Also saved me a bit of money by switching. I would definitely recommend using them. To add to my review I want to say thank you to Nate and Coty, they both helped when I got into an accident to get the claim resolved so I am able to get my vehicle fixed. It took quite a few calls/emails between us and claims but it went in my favor thankfully. That would not have been possible without their help. Thank you guys so much"

"They were great at first, but then my rates started shooting up for no reason other than "everyone's rates are going up lately" as if we're all supposed to just be okay with it. No tickets, no accidents, just higher rates. Glad I switched insurance providers. This last month was the final straw when my monthly rate went up 65 bucks for no reason."

"State Farm does not pay claims, while Nate Smith pays for reviews. Neighbors on either side had storm damage and their insurance companies covered them. State Farm sent and adjuster out who noted hail damage on the shingles, gutters, and window screens. The adjuster said " A year or two ago this would be covered, but state farm doesn't like paying out claims like this any more. My manager is really tough." They acknowledged damage to the window screens and gutters, but said the roof was normal wear and tear. I asked how I have the same damage as next door and they told me other insurance companies pay claims better."

"Ladies are very helpful, great customer service. Problem is My sewer had to be replaced to sidewalk. One of the repair employees told me state farm sent out notices last year stating sewer replacement could be covered. Since 2 more ppl told me they are covered under their State Farm ins. for same. I would have purchased coverage, but I was not notified or this office doesn't offer this coverage. Now, 6K later I don't feel like my needs are met here."
